Data collection

open-cycle does not collect, sell, share, transmit, or monetize personal data. Cycle entries are stored locally on your device.

Device storage

The mobile app stores cycle dates, flow, symptoms, moods, and notes in local device storage. This data stays on the device unless you export, copy, back up, or otherwise move it yourself.

You can delete individual cycle entries or clear all local entries from inside the app. Uninstalling the app also removes local app storage according to Android behavior.

Network and accounts

The mobile app does not require an account or internet access for core cycle tracking. Optional links to Local Cycle may open in your browser if you choose to learn about one-time paid features.

Wellness use

open-cycle is a personal wellness log, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Talk with a qualified clinician for health concerns.
