Data collection

open-cycle does not collect, sell, share, transmit, or monetize personal data. Cycle entries are stored locally on your device.

Device storage

The mobile app stores cycle dates, flow, symptoms, moods, and notes in local device storage. This data stays on the device unless you export, copy, back up, or otherwise move it yourself.

You can delete individual cycle entries or clear all local entries from inside the app. Uninstalling the app also removes local app storage according to Android behavior.

Network and accounts

The public local-only mobile build does not require an account and does not require internet access for core cycle tracking. Optional links to OpenCycle may open in your browser if you choose to learn about additional paid features.

open-cycle is a personal wellness log, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Talk with a qualified clinician for health concerns.
